Account & data requests.

This company website does not create user accounts. If you have a Vestoday test account, or have shared information with Nearsinc LLC, you can contact us to request deletion or other assistance.

How to submit a request

1. Email support@nearsinc.com with the subject “Vestoday account and data deletion request”.
2. Tell us which product or service your request concerns and provide the email address or username associated with it, if applicable.
3. We will use an appropriate verification process before taking action. Do not send a password, SMS code, or identity document in your initial email.

What happens next

We will review your request, clarify its scope if necessary, and explain any information that must be retained and why. Requests involving account information, wardrobe photos, conversations, generated previews, or service providers require review of the applicable data and retention arrangements. Deletion is not performed automatically by this webpage.
